Privacy Policy

How the photo-to-dance studio preview handles photos, preferences and website data.

Last updated: 2026-10-23

Scope and current availability

This policy covers this website and its photo-to-dance studio preview. The public workspace lets you explore templates, select a photo locally, and compare video settings and planned credit packs. Actual AI generation and checkout are not connected.

Photos in the studio preview

When you select a JPEG, PNG or WebP photo, the workspace displays a local browser preview. Selecting a photo does not upload it to our server or send it to an AI provider. The workspace does not create a generation task, use the photo to train a model, or save the selected file to an account.

You can remove or replace the photo. Reloading or leaving the workspace clears its current selection. The original file on your device is unaffected. Use only photos you have permission to use, and avoid sensitive information.

Example videos and illustrations are separate reference media. Playing an example does not mean your photo has been processed or a personalized video has been created.

Website requests and preferences

Loading pages, fonts and media requires ordinary network requests. The website host may process technical request information, such as an IP address, browser details and requested URL, to deliver and secure those resources. The local-photo preview does not place your selected image in these requests.

Language and display preferences may be remembered with cookies or browser storage. If you use a separate account feature, it can process the account information you provide and use an authentication cookie; creating an account is not required to explore the studio preview.

Optional analytics

Where configured, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity operate on eligible public pages only after you choose Allow analytics. They may process page visits, device details and interaction data. Clarity can create heatmaps and masked session recordings. The studio is masked, and account and administration pages are excluded from this analytics integration. Uploaded photos are not sent as analytics events.

You can decline analytics and still explore the workspace. Use Analytics preferences on public pages to change the choice. Withdrawing consent stops subsequent optional tracking. The preference is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Read Google's privacy policy and Microsoft's privacy statement for their processing practices.

Payments and future generation

The studio preview does not accept payments, collect card details, grant purchased credits or submit images for generation. Clicking a pack button does not start checkout.

Before live AI processing or sales are enabled, this policy will identify the relevant providers, what is sent to them, retention periods and available deletion methods. The interface will show the applicable terms before you choose to submit a photo or purchase. No particular future provider or data-retention period is promised in this preview.

Your choices

You can remove the local photo, close the workspace, change analytics consent, and clear cookies or browser storage through your browser settings. Clearing storage may reset language, display and consent choices.

For any separately created account, use the available account settings to manage the information you supplied. A dedicated operational privacy contact and a process for account access, export and deletion requests will be published before live AI submissions or purchases open. This preview does not publish a support email address.

Policy updates

Changes will be reflected in the date above. Material changes to how photos are processed will be explained before that processing becomes available.
